Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Tuzilma, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Tuzilma is a browser-based editor for creating UML diagrams, flowcharts, and system maps. We provide it on a free tier with optional paid features coming in the future. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

You own the diagrams you create. By using Tuzilma, you grant us a limited license to store and serve your content solely for the purpose of operating the service. We don't claim ownership of your work.

When you create a public share link, you're making that diagram accessible to anyone with the link. Don't share diagrams that contain information you don't have the right to share.

You may not use Tuzilma to:

• Store or share illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the service in bulk.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The free plan is free forever for the features listed on our pricing page. We may introduce limits in the future with advance notice to existing users.

Paid features are not yet available. When they launch, pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policies will be clearly stated before you're charged.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Tuzilma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Use it at your own risk. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use after notification means you accept the updated terms.
