Overview
Tuzilma is a browser-based diagram editor. We collect only what we need to run the service, we don't sell your data, and we don't track you across other websites.
What we collect
- Account data — your name and email address when you sign up.
- Diagram data — the diagrams you create and save. These are stored in our database and associated with your account.
- Usage data — basic server logs (IP address, request timestamps, browser type) for security and debugging. We don't build profiles from this.
- Authentication data — if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google. We don't receive your Google password.
What we don't collect
- We don't use third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Mixpanel).
- We don't use advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers.
- We don't read the content of your diagrams for any purpose other than serving them back to you.
How we use your data
- To operate your account and store your diagrams.
- To send transactional emails (email verification, password reset). We don't send marketing emails unless you opt in.
- To diagnose errors and improve the service.
Sharing
When you generate a public share link for a diagram, that diagram becomes accessible to anyone with the link. You control this — you can stop sharing at any time by removing the public link from your diagram settings.
We do not share your personal data with third parties except for the infrastructure providers needed to run the service (database hosting, email delivery). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

Data retention
Your data is retained as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, your diagrams and personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days. Public share links will stop working immediately upon deletion.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. No cookie banner needed.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account, or correct inaccurate information at any time. Email us at privacy@tuzilma.uz.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify you by email or with a banner in the app. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
